Caroline Mendez is a disciple of Jesus Christ, wife, mother, businesswoman, champion for, advocate for and pioneer of Christian women in business leadership.
Caroline spent 41 years of her life working, 21 years of those in Corporate America, starting in the mailroom and working her way up to executive management positions in the High Tech industry. For the past 19 years she has been an ambassador for Christ in the workplace to encourage Christian women to live out their faith in their work and leadership, wherever they are called. She has facilitated groups of CEOs, in Atlanta, first with WPO (The Women Presidents Organization). She then founded revolutionary Christian Women CEO roundtables in 2011-2015, through the C12 Group, then through called4, LLC . In 2020, she was called to build the women’s side of Pinnacle Forum International, nationally.
She is the author of two ground-breaking books of the journeys of ten Christian Women Leaders and their professional journeys to leadership, in the book: Threads of Wisdom, Real World Journeys to Leadership of Christian Women Marketplace Leaders, And Their Best Advice for Glorifying God in Your Calling (2018). As well as Threads of Wisdom: TRAILBLAZERS, the journeys of fifteen trail blazing Christian women CEOs. (2025)
She holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Gospel Coach & Certified Coach Facilitator, is an Ordained Minister and is completing her Masters in Christian Leadership and Management.
